A leading healthcare provider in Chester is seeking a Radiology Services Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services across modalities including MRI, CT, and ultrasound. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with performance targets and contribute to strategic developments. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive management in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Working Full time: 37.5 hours per week
The Radiology Services Manager has the responsibility for the delivery of a high quality service and to sustain professional standards across all modalities within the Radiology Directorate including general radiology, MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, interventional radiology and breast imaging. The post holder will be responsible for the operational management, planning, performance monitoring, service improvement and development of the imaging functions across the Trust and ensure services are delivered in line with internal and external performance targets. This includes specific responsibility for Radiation Protection. You will work closely with Divisional Management team and Executive Directors to ensure that Radiology service plans are in place and that adequate resources exist to ensure the provision of professional, safe and high quality services. You will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of the Trust’s corporate strategy and will ensure that all relevant policies and national standards are implemented and maintained.
