Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead the radiology team, drive service standards, and shape patient care in a busy hospital setting.

You will be HCPC registered, an inspiring leader, and responsible for developing your staff while delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging across the facility; salary up to £52,000 with 37.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• HCPC registered and a proven track record in radiology management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with a passion for developing teams.
• Experience in radiology operations at a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology team to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Nuffield Health Plymouth HospitalThe Nuffield Health Plymouth Hospital is situated next to the Nuffield Health Devonshire Gym, in Derriford, Plymouth and we have been part of the Plymouth community since 1971. We have 3 main theatres - 2 laminar flow and 1 digital, a fully JAG accredited endoscopy suite, a 35-bedded ward with one 4 bedded bay and one 2 bedded bay. Our outpatients department has 12 consulting rooms with a dedicated ophthalmology suite and ENT service.We carry out treatment under a range of specialities including Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery and Neurosurgery. We recently were rated in the top 50 hospitals in the country for our total hip replacement patient outcomes.
