Job description
Overview

We seek to recruit a motivated and dynamic Radiology Clinical Site Lead covering Ealing Hospital and the Community Diagnostic Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital site imaging department, working closely with the clinical superintendent, lead radiographers within the radiology department, and the directorate management team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to the Allied Health care professionals to provide a high standard service delivery for the Directorate.
  • Provide support and deputise as required for the Head of Diagnostic Imaging and represent the Directorate at Trust and ICS Imaging network.
  • Responsible for the operational delivery, performance and governance for the services.
  • Work with the Head of Diagnostic Imaging to lead directorate teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient-centered services, service development, and change programmes that drive innovation and integration, modernisation, and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Study and equivalent experience to Masters level.
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Masters degree/ qualification in healthcare or management OR demonstrable ability to work at Masters level with equivalent experience
