We seek to recruit a motivated and dynamic Radiology Clinical Site Lead covering Northwick Park hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital site imaging department, working closely with the clinical superintendent, lead radiographers within the radiology department, and the directorate management team.
Provide clinical leadership to the Allied Health care professionals to provide a high standard service delivery for the Directorate.
Provide support and deputise as required for the Head of Diagnostic Imaging and represent the Directorate at Trust and IC Imaging network.
Work with the Head of Diagnostic Imaging to lead directorate teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient-centered services, service development, and change programmes that drive innovation and integration, modernization, and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
Responsible for the delivery of financial, quality, performance, productivity and workforce targets, local and national, as agreed through the business planning, appraisal and personal development processes.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls to assure delivery of financial management and the deployment of resources in line with the Trust's financial plan and in accordance with the Trust's financial governance requirements. This will include delivering contracted activity levels and managing related pay and non-pay expenditure within agreed budgets, achieving required levels of cost improvement and underpinning service line profitability.
