Job summary

The Radiology Admin & Clerical team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking flexible, motivated individuals to join a busy radiology service. You will book radiology appointments, send letters, handle patient arrivals and coordinate inpatient and ED schedules across multiple sites, including the Community Diagnostic Centre and Cromer District Hospital.

We offer both full and part time roles with rosters; shifts start as early as 7am and finish by 8pm,

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills.
• Able to work autonomously, conscientious with attention to detail.
• Systematic, methodical approach and can prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging appointments for Ultrasound, X-Ray, CT and MRI by phone.
• Answer calls, manage voicemails and emails, and assist patients and staff.
• Cover reception desks and coordinate inpatient scheduling with wards.
