Job summary

Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a full-time imaging assistant to join the general x-ray and fluoroscopy team across Hull's main radiology sites. The role involves supporting radiographers and radiologists, contributing to a 7-day service and rotating to a Community Diagnostic Centre.

The successful candidate will work as part of a friendly team, deliver patient care, communicate clearly and handle IT tasks.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent education is required.
• Experience in NHS or care settings is desirable.
• Good communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support Radiographers and radiologists in delivering imaging services.
• Assist with patient care and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Utilise IT systems to manage patient data and imaging records.
