A leading private healthcare provider is seeking a motivated Radiographer to deliver high-quality X-ray and orthopaedic imaging services across multiple sites. The role includes a structured training program in MRI and CT, essential for developing specialty knowledge. Candidates must be HCPC registered and have proven experience in imaging, alongside strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care. The successful applicant will also supervise staff and maintain excellent clinical standards.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Radiographer with a strong interest in orthopaedic and theatre imaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent patient care skills, a high level of professionalism, and a commitment to developing expertise in MRI and CT through our structured training programme. They will be confident working across multiple sites, able to manage a varied workload, and willing to contribute to high clinical standards and departmental governance.
The radiographer will primarily be responsible for covering Theatre II imaging sessions. In addition, the post-holder will provide X-ray services across all Fortius sites and support MRI and CT positioning.
A structured MRI and CT training programme is in place for this role. Over an anticipated period of 18 months, the successful candidate will be fully trained in both modalities.

The post-holder will undergo a comprehensive induction and training programme, working closely with senior training radiographers and the Lead Radiographer. They will develop specialist knowledge and expertise, producing high-quality diagnostic images that support accurate diagnosis and treatment while upholding excellent standards of patient care.
Additional responsibilities include occasional supervision of agency and bank staff, overseeing workflow, supporting service delivery, and ensuring accurate data entry to maintain both patient record integrity and statistical reporting requirements.
