Job summary

Icon UK Limited is recruiting a qualified Radiotherapist to deliver high-quality radiotherapy within a specialist cancer centre in Reading. The role covers treatment, planning and pre-treatment areas, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time hours (Mon-Fri).

You will be HCPC-registered with a BSc in Radiotherapy, skilled in modern radiotherapy techniques including IGRT, and compliant with IR(ME)R regulations.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered radiographer with BSc in Radiotherapy.
• Experience with IGRT techniques and radiotherapy delivery.
• Knowledge of IR(ME)R regulations and patient safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, accurate and high-quality radiotherapy treatments, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Support day-to-day departmental operations, including patient workflow, equipment checks and documentation.
• Provide excellent patient care with clear communication and education, managing treatment-related side effects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through audit, training, protocol development and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.
