The Role:

We have an opportunity for a Reinstatement Supervisor to join our team. This is a key role where you’ll take responsibility for ensuring all reinstatement works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…

  • Leading, mentoring and managing multiple reinstatement teams on site
  • Attending meetings and liaising with Highways Authorities to plan works effectively
  • Coordinating resourcing, plant and materials to support smooth delivery
  • Managing work schedules to minimise disruption, reduce S74s, defects, and interim reinstatements
  • Supporting the development and training of your teams, enabling them to perform at their best
  • Ensuring all activities are fully compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Championing continuous improvement and encouraging new, innovative ideas

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate…

Solid supervisory experience within the reinstatement or wider construction industry. A strong technical understanding of reinstatement practices is essential, along with experience working under Street Works legislation and processes.

Ideally, you’ll hold a management certification such as ILM, although this is not a strict requirement. You’ll need to be a confident and clear communicator, able to demonstrate good judgement and a practical, common-sense approach to problem-solving.

Being comfortable with using technology for planning, reporting and communication will also help you succeed in this role. Finally, a full and valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.
