Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced R&D Tax Senior Manager or Director to drive growth in the UK market, with flexibility for Remote/Hybrid work across Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool and Scotland.

You will leverage your network to generate opportunities, win new clients, and build a sustainable market presence with a capable technical team backing you.

This role suits a commercially minded tax professional with strong business development skills and credibility in R&D tax advisory.

• Proven origination track record in winning clients.
• Strong network and credibility in tax/ R&D tax advisory.

Responsabilités

• Drive new client acquisition by leveraging your network, relationships and market reputation to generate new opportunities.
• Open up new geographic markets, establishing a presence and developing relationships with businesses, owners and key decision-makers in your chosen market.
• Lead from the front commercially, with an expectation to generate fee income in the first year to cover salary and build a sustainable portfolio.
• Bring sector expertise and credibility to deliver work your network originates.
