Job summary

NCIMB Ltd, a leading Scottish biotechnology company, is seeking an talented and motivated R&D Scientist to join our expanding Microbial Platform Team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ongoing and new research projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.

You will deliver R&D projects using microbiological and molecular biology techniques, develop and optimise lab protocols, and collaborate within a small, multidisciplinary team. Right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc (or equivalent) in Biological Sciences or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with standard microbiological and molecular techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
