Job summary

Gilead Sciences seeks a Sr. Manager, R&D Quality to lead GxP audits and inspection readiness across Kite’s R&D functions with a focus on GCP and GVP.

Based in Stockley Park, you will support EU and RoW audits, compliance and regulatory activities, contributing to the annual audit program and interacting with health authorities. The role requires a life sciences degree and extensive experience in quality, auditing and CAPA management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical quality, auditing and CAPA management.
• GCP, GCLP, GVP knowledge and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal GxP audits and inspection readiness across R&D functions.
• Serve as primary regulatory contact for EU and RoW inspections.
• Develop and manage CAPAs from audits, incidents and deviations.
• Contribute to annual R&D audit program and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members; drive cross‑functional quality improvements.
