Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the life science or diagnostics industry.
• At least 2 years in a project management role.
• Familiarity with ISO13485 management system.
• Proven project management skills (PMP or similar certification is a plus).
• Experience with regulatory pathways for diagnostic products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage R&D projects from concept through commercialization.
• Act as the primary liaison between R&D and other departments.
• Develop and monitor project schedules.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks in the New Product Development process.
