The role focuses on turning customer and market insight into viable product ideas, with responsibilities spanning market research, idea generation, and project management through to launch.

• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify needs and opportunities.
• Generate and evaluate new product ideas from concept to launch.
• Coordinate with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations.
• Prepare design briefs for the Product Design team and manage new product development projects.
• Support reviews of existing product portfolio and assist in launches.
