Job summary

Euro-projects Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Laboratory Test Technician for a days-based role in Warrington. The position involves hands-on calibration, testing and operation of specialist equipment within a cleanroom/lab environment on diverse projects in an engineering setting.

Experience in mechanical and electronic instruments is preferred, with prior R&D exposure advantageous. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and life

Qualifications

• An experienced Technician or Engineer who has worked within a hands-on assembly / test function.
• Specific experience working on mechanical and electronic instruments / components would be ideal.
• Prior Laboratory / R&D experience would be an advantage
• Hands on in nature, good problem solver, comfortable communicating results to various points of contact.
• Specific knowledge around calibration, metrology, vacuum controlled environments or similar are all very relevant for this role.

Responsibilities

• This is a hands-on laboratory-based role requiring the operation, maintenance and calibration of specialist test equipment, vacuum systems and cleanroom facilities.
• Calibrating equipment ready for test procedures.
• Performing tests and collecting accurate result information.
• Working within a R&D lab / clean room environment on a range of tasks.
