Job summary

A leading global food company is seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager to bridge innovation and operations. You will drive industrialisation of new projects and oversee cross-functional collaboration to enhance product quality and consumer satisfaction. The role requires strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and technical expertise in manufacturing processes. This fixed-term contract is set for approximately 12-14 months with expected start in February 2026.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project management within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience managing complex industrialisation projects.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and packaging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for key category and industrialisation projects.
• Provide clear project status updates and performance reporting.
• Develop packaging projects ensuring innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Identify and develop new technical opportunities for category innovation.
• Lead and develop your team through effective coaching and performance management.
