• Approve technical design, manage feature scope and trade-offs, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Verify product deliverables meet acceptance criteria and secure sign-off from business stakeholders.
• Support business readiness, provide release updates, and offer governance and oversight to maximise business value.
• Support leadership with key performance measurements, defining and regularly reporting to demonstrate delivery of business value.
