Overview

Purpose

As a Quote Writer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales teams, providing accurate and timely quotations, and ensuring our customers receive the best-fit solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Be the central contact for sales, working with other departments and suppliers.
• Ensure customer enquiries are handled efficiently, meeting internal SLA targets.
• Create accurate quotes, using predefined pricing lists, and review them for completeness.
• Maintain the Salesforce database and ensure all relevant information is captured.
• Promote our full range of products and services, helping to maximize client spend.
• Work on your own initiative to solve problems and support sales teams with quick responses.
• Keep the enquiry inbox organized and assist salespeople in delivering great customer service.
