We are seeking experienced and dedicated Quantity Surveyors (QS) to join our client for planned works in the social housing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, affordable housing projects that make a real difference in communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimating & Budgeting: Provide accurate cost estimates for planned works and maintain tight control over project budgets.
  • Tendering & Contract Management: Prepare tender documents, assess bids, and manage contracts through to completion.
  • Project Monitoring: Oversee project progress, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within social housing or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction cost management, tendering processes, and contract administration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or equivalent experience).
