The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor at BCP, you’ll take full ownership of one large-scale new build project (typically £10–15m) from concept to completion. You’ll handle cost management, forecasting, and subcontractor relationships, ensuring the project stays on track financially and operationally.

You’ll be a key part of our management team, working directly with the business owners in a supportive environment where collaboration and respect drive every decision.
