Quantity Surveyor - Utilities

Location - Office in Bradford

Salary - £50,000 to £65,000 plus package depending on experience

You will be joining an industry‑leading contractor operating in the water and utilities industry. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Your new role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Bradford office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Producing and providing accurate forecasts of project costs to completion/final value
  • Managing subcontractor accounts
  • Monitoring cash flow and valuation plans
  • Managing subcontractor tender processes
  • Providing accurate reports of costs and values on the projects.
