The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role within a busy and expanding commercial team, taking full commercial responsibility across multiple live projects from pre‑construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of multiple interior fit‑out projects.
• Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports.
• Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and project cost control.
• Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with housebuilders and main contractors.
