Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing)

Northeast of England - (Commutable from Sunderland, Newcastle, Middlesborough & Surrounding Areas)

£40,000- £55,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Healthcare Plan + Onsite Gym + Great Benefits!

In this role you will be managing the commercial and financial aspects of a variety of retrofit and refurbishment projects, within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with relevant standards.

The ideal candidate would be qualified Quantity Surveyor, with a strong knowledge of the social housing sector, who is looking to grow alongside this exciting company.
