You’ll take ownership of projects across a range of public and private sector clients, delivering high‑quality cost management and quantity surveying services throughout the full project lifecycle. You’ll also help shape and mentor our talented team of Cost Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices — all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you’ll bring

• A proven track record of working independently to deliver exceptional cost management / QS services.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a commitment to technical excellence.
• Proficiency in measurement and take‑off software (CostX preferred).
• Experience in BQ preparation (preferred but not essential).
• Solid commercial and risk awareness.
• Excellent professional report writing and communication skills.
• A collaborative, flexible, and ambitious approach to teamwork.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.
• Ideally MRICS qualified or actively working toward chartership.
