Overview

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior QS to be based on site in Greenwich, South East London. The project is a large mixed-use residential development, split in multiple phases. You will be based on phase 3, 250 units in total - £90m build cost.

Responsibilities

• Report into the on-site Commercial Manager.
• Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages for the project.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring procurement activity aligns with project timelines and budget.

Requirements

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Previous work with a recognised developer or contractor.
• Based on-site in Greenwich, South East London.
