Cityscape is working with an independent UK construction consultancy in their search for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager in London. The company primarily works in the Residential sector as well as Commercial, Arts & Leisure and Education. They have a highly experienced team of over 100 colleagues in the UK and focus on professional development, knowledge sharing and best practice to deliver an excellent service to their clients.

Responsibilities

The Cost Manager will lead on all aspects of quantity surveying services for their projects, using CostX for cost planning and maintain excellent client relationships as the primary point of contact.

Qualifications

Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, and a minimum of three years quantity surveying experience. A professional accreditation (MRICS or MCIOB) is desirable but not essential.

Benefits

A salary up to £65,000 is on offer plus benefits including private pension, medical cover, professional membership fees and CPD courses. The office is based in central London and the company has hybrid working policy with around 3 days a week office-based.
