Our client is a well-established civil engineering and surfacing contractor operating across the North West. They specialise in delivering infrastructure, groundworks, drainage, adoptable roads, and external works for major residential developers. With a strong reputation for quality and long-term partnerships with leading housebuilders, they play a key role in bringing large-scale housing developments to life.
Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support residential-led infrastructure and groundworks projects. Working from their Wigan base, you will take commercial responsibility for the delivery of civil engineering works on new housing developments‑covering drainage, roads, foundations, utilities, and external works. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS who enjoys a varied workload and wants to be involved in the essential early‑phase construction that underpins residential schemes.
