Quantity Surveyor

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor interested in joining a leading concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor. Your position will report to a commercial manager or the commercial director and involve overseeing concrete frame, basement, and groundwork packages from award through to final account. The company turns over around £250 million per annum across the country and seeks career‑focused individuals to join a close‑knit team.

About the Opportunity

Develop your career in a well‑established, award‑winning contractor delivering projects ranging from £5 million to £50 million or more. You will manage multiple packages, contribute to commercial win strategy, and have clear progression opportunities.

About the Company

The business specialises in projects from enabling works to complete frames, handling remediation, demolition, groundwork, and concrete frame packages. Clients include top‑tier developers, main contractors, and direct users across residential, commercial, energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Offices are located around London and much of the work is within the M25.

Requirements

• Degree‑qualified in quantity surveying.
• Minimum experience as Assistant QS or QS with rival concrete frame or groundwork subcontractors in the UK.
• Based in or near the London/South East area, or able to be based there for work.
• Good understanding of technical aspects of concrete frame and groundwork works.
