About the Opportunity

I am looking for two Quantity Surveyors that are interested in joining a growing concrete frame and groundwork subcontractor based on the borders of London with offices in two locations around the M25. Your position will report either directly to the commercial director or to a commercial manager (depending on your level of experience) and you will be responsible for overseeing either one individual project or a selection of groundwork or concrete frame packages from project start through to final account. The business is turning over £150 million+ and plans to grow significantly in the coming years. We are looking for career‑focused individuals who want the opportunity to be part of a close‑knit team that is building a great business in this competitive sector.

Requirements

To be successful you must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor with rival groundwork or concrete frame subcontractors in the UK. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is essential. Applicants should be based in or around London or the surrounding home counties to facilitate travel to either of their offices or project sites.

Benefits

Salary will be between £50,000 to £80,000 per annum, flexible and based on experience. The comprehensive package includes a vehicle allowance, pension contributions, and a structured bonus scheme. Self‑employed candidates may be considered on a limited company basis with rates averaging around £250 to £350 per day.
