Quantity Surveyor – Railway Signalling & Electrification

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide a comprehensive, accurate, and value-driven service for large, high-profile, and exciting key commercial and corporate clients.

Salary: £60,000
Location: York
Regions: East Midlands, Hampshire, Liverpool, Manchester, Midlands, Nationwide, North East, North of England, Oxfordshire, Yorkshire

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, value engineering, and commercial awareness
  • Dispute resolution and post-contract management
  • Driving performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process
  • Working on projects of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors and appropriate problem-solving
  • Managing projects effectively using APIC, Pinnacle/ePMP, and other appropriate management systems/protocols

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the Commercial Market with experience and training within a PQS business, ideally with a Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and hold Chartered status.
