Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

Overview

As Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the commercial aspects of our projects. You'll work closely with site managers, clients, subcontractors, and our internal development and design teams. You'll need to be confident working independently and have a hands-on approach to your work. As part of this role, travel to our live sites will be essential. With our latest projects being located in East Anglia, we also deliver schemes in the Midlands and Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payments
• Track project variations and maintain cost control throughout the build
• Prepare monthly valuations, variations, costs and final accounts
• Conduct site visits and liaise with on-site teams to ensure works are delivered within budget
• Collaborate with client personnel and consultants
• Contribute to value engineering and design development where required
• Support the company's growth by working flexibly across multiple live sites
• Coordinate design teams, contractors and stakeholders
