A healthcare construction firm in East Anglia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to manage project costs and liaise with teams. The ideal candidate will need 3 years of surveying experience and a driving licence. This role involves travel across multiple sites, providing exposure to various stages of building projects. As Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing the commercial aspects of our projects. You'll work closely with site managers, clients, subcontractors, and our internal development and design teams. You'll need to be confident working independently and have a hands-on approach to your work. As part of this role, travel to our live sites will be essential. With our latest projects being located in East Anglia, we also deliver schemes in the Midlands and Southeast.
A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Healthcare and Community Construction is a main contractor based in Fordingbridge, Hampshire which specialises in the delivery of Healthcare buildings and Social Housing.
Due to our existing projects and future pipeline we are looking to recruit someone in Norfolk. You will not be required to visit our head office in Fordingbridge on a regular basis.
