Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Residential Developer

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the commercial delivery of residential developments within the region. From budgeting and cost control to subcontractor management and financial reporting, your input will be key to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare draft and site start budgets for allocated developments
  • Produce quarterly valuations and material cost-to-complete exercises
  • Manage subcontractor payments and final accounts with full sign-off
  • Issue subcontract orders in line with company policy and documentation standards
  • Conduct on-site measurements and assess contractor payments
  • Attend and contribute to meetings with internal teams and external contractors
