Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Stoke-on-Trent with site visits. The role offers a competitive salary of 40,000–55,000 plus car allowance, bonus, progression and training.

You will manage measurements, valuations, payments and final accounts across multiple civil engineering and social housing projects, working closely with project teams and Directors to control budgets and drive commercial success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple construction or infrastructure projects.
• Commercially minded, proactive and able to manage budgets, valuations and variations.
• Housing association experience is desirable.
