Job description

I am currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in London / Kent to work on projects within Residential, Public Sector & Commercial projects in London and the home counties.

Key duties will be:

• Managing trade packages
• Overseeing all payments to subcontractors
• Managing tender returns
• Producing weekly cost forecasting & produce CVRs

You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.

My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate or perm salary + package with the position looking to start ASAP.
