Quantity Surveyor – Planned Works

Location: Bingham, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £45,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme
Full‑Time | Permanent

  • Lead commercial and financial aspects of passive fire projects from start to finish
  • Measure, price, and evaluate tenders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor and report project costs, targets, and financial performance (CVRs/forecasts)
  • Manage subcontractor accounts and build strong supply chain relationships
  • Prepare and submit payment applications and manage invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety practices and contract obligations
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and margin improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • Professionally qualified (HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a relatedli>
  • Experience in planned works is desirable but not essential
  • Strong background in commercial management, especially with subcontract procurement and labour control
  • Confident handling schedules of rates, bills of quantities, and design
