Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for construction projects.
  • Monitor and manage project costs to ensure they remain within agreed budgets.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and prepare variance reports, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Lead procurement activities, including the preparation of tender documentation and the evaluation of bids.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, contractual obligations, and company standards.
  • Compile and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
Qualifications
  • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
