Pro Staff Construction are working with an established construction company in Swansea who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing initial estimates and appraisals of new projects
  • Setting up and finalising project budgets
  • Completing project cashflows (incoming and outgoing)
  • Managing monthly CVRs and budget vs actual analysis
  • Measuring and valuing work completed on site
  • Managing payment certificates, assessing values, and resolving disputes
  • Liaising with clients, site managers, project managers, and wider teams
  • Producing regular reports as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience on residential new build projects
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
  • Strong experience in project cashflowing
  • Estimating experience advantageous
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong IT and reporting skills
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
