Job Overview

A chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy based across the East of England is looking for a client‑facing Quantity Surveyor for their Essex office. The successful candidate will work alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor and Director on an array of projects including masterplanning, industrial, residential, and healthcare, valuing up to £50m. The day‑to‑day duties involve estimating, procurement, site delivery, and concluding the final accounts from inception to completion.
