Quantity Surveyor – Huddersfield/Leeds - £55k Package. Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your career by managing your own substantial live project from ECI through to completion? This privately owned, thriving contractor, is working across a wide range of busy frameworks and enjoying a huge amount of repeat business. They have secured a £10m public realm scheme, improving the town centre of Brighouse. They are therefore recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of this project, utilising a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to help with any guidance or additional training required. This position is starting from the subcontract management of design packages and carrying out subcontract procurement to then being site based and overseeing day to day commercial activities utilising an NEC4 Option A contract. This is a fabulous opportunity for career development with plenty of local work in the pipeline.
