• Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a maintenance, Construction or FM environment OR a Junior Quantity Surveyor eager to join a successful maintenance company
• Strong understanding and hands‑on experience with CVRs
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., Excel, commercial management tools)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
