• Support estimating and tendering processes with robust cost analysis.
• Ensure accurate reporting and financial close‑out of additional works.

Qualifications

• HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
• MRICS accreditation and relevant CSCS card.
