Job Overview

  • Full commercial and contractual responsibility for multiple envelope/cladding remediation projects
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, CVRs, and project cash flows
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and final accounts
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage risk and cost exposure
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting in line with project progress
  • Liaise with project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
  • Frequent site visits across the UK with up to 2 days per week in the Portsmouth office

  • Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
  • Location: 2 days per week in Portsmouth office with UK‑wide travel and hybrid working

Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in façade, cladding or external envelope‑related surveying
  • Strong technical, contractual, and commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work across multiple live projects
  • Based within a commutable distance of Portsmouth and willing to travel nationwide
