Projects are typically JCT design & build; responsibilities will include managing up to 3 projects simultaneously ranging from £2m-£10m in value across the M25. Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing design & build residential contractor based near Hillingdon, is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven QS to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on new build projects ranging from bespoke homes to multi‑unit developments. You'll be involved from tender through to final account, working closely with the commercial and site teams to ensure financial control and value for money across all stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Experience using ASTA.
• UK driving licence
