The Role

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications (e.g., RICS accredited)
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBased in or willing to commute to Liverpool
