Quantity Surveyor – Location: London & Southeast | Sector: Planned Maintenance / Social Housing | Salary: Competitive | Benefits: Career Progression

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all commercial and financial aspects of planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
  • Preparing and presenting accurate monthly valuations, CVRs, and cost forecasts.
  • Leading procurement and tendering of subcontractors and suppliers for planned works projects.
  • Negotiating subcontract terms and ensuring compliance with JCT contracts.
  • Driving cost control and value improvement, supporting delivery teams to meet financial targets.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within social housing or planned maintenance projects in London or the Southeast.
  • Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC/TPC desirable). Excellent commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets, variations, and final accounts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial software such as COINS or C-Link.
