A regional construction firm based in Brechin is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its team. This office-based role involves commercial control and reporting related to housing properties. Key responsibilities include managing P&L, client meetings, and budget forecasting. The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in quantity surveying and NEC experience, along with a full UK driving licence. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Annual salary: up to £50,000.00. Quantity Surveyor, Brechin – Office based. Salary up to £50,000 per annum plus £4,500 car allowance. Full time – Permanent, 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday.
Due to a new contract win we are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Brechin. This role will be part of a regional team assisting the Commercial & General Manager with commercial control & reporting on high‑standard commercial activities for housing properties, delivering best‑in‑class commercial acumen, customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
