Quantity Surveyor Job Overview

• Manage the full commercial process from tender through to final account.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and valuations.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and financial targets are achieved.
• Manage multiple sites across London (projects typically £1 M–£15 M in value).
• Work closely with Project Managers, Design and Site Teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
