Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a main contracting background? Do you want to join a growing business with a strong public sector order book and long-term stability? You'll liaise with stakeholders, prepare supply chain packs, and ensure projects are delivered profitably and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor, and strong knowledge of supply chain management, subcontractor negotiations, and site measurement. A full driving licence will be required for site visits. • Strong knowledge of subcontractor management and valuations
• Qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
