Qualifications

• Currently in a Quantity Surveyor role or an Assistant Quantity Surveyor aiming to advance their career.
• Experience within a housing developer is beneficial but not essential.
• Open to PQS or QS from sectors such as civils or general building contractors.

Responsibilities

• Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works.
• Subcontract procurement, agreement, payment, and award.
• Contract administration and cost control.
• Attending and contributing to commercial/operations meetings.
• Preparing valuations and ensuring invoices are issued.
• Re-measuring work using site measurement and drawings.
• Managing contract variations with subcontractors.
• Dealing with contractual issues from a commercial perspective.
• Assisting with reporting on contract performance.
• Agreeing client and subcontract final accounts.
