Job description

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Construction team and will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying.

Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial resources of the project
  • Assist in maximising gross profit for projects
  • Assess, review, and mitigate commercial/contractual risks as well as value work executed by sub‑contractors
  • Help prepare and submit tenders and contract documents
  • Collaborate with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements

Qualifications

We're looking for people who graduated in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
